Are your housecleaning teams trained and supervised?
Team members are trained before they're permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training.  Managers make periodic visits to homes to ensure we're meeting service commitments.

What are your house cleaning rates?
Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. It is best to contact us for an estimate. We will walk you through our cleaning processes and provide you with a price for a service that has been created to fit your specific needs. Who will be cleaning my home?

A regularly assigned team of  trained GHOCS Home Service Professionals will clean your home. All employees are bonded.

Is your house cleaning work guaranteed? 
GHOCS backs all work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're unhappy with any area we've cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we'll come back and reclean it free of charge.

Is your team of trained home service professionals eat at my house?
No, Our Cleaning Professionals will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.

Do I have to sign a contract? 
GHOCS does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.

What time will you be at my home?
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?
So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, GHOCS will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.

Am I liable for worker's compensation, insurance or employment taxes? 
No need to worry, GHOCS takes care of all this for you.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. GHOCS brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies.

Must I be at home when you clean my house?
 It's your choice. Many of GHOCS' customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.

What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 72-hour notice.

How do I pay for the service?
Cash, Check & Credit Card. Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to GHOCS. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.

Do you offer carpet cleaning?
No. We don't.
